Fate/Zero Actually Has A Novel Out, It's Not Visual, And I Think You Can Find All Of The Translated Text Of It In Wikipedia.

It's Not Yet Confirmed When The Anime Will Come Out, Unfortunately It's Rumored That Fate/Stay-Night Didn't Sell Enough And The Release Of Fate/Zero As An Anime May Be Postponed Or Canceled Altogether.
