I Cannot Find Out How To Do This. Everything I've Downloaded Off Of Rhapsody Downloads As A .RAX File. I Can't Change The File-Type, I Can't Upload And Change It In Any Way. I Can't Even Find The .RAX File Type On The Internet.

well so far as i understand, rax files are protected so can't be copied by software converters. BUT you should be able to use your Real software to burn a CD (make sure to create an audio cd, not a data cd with .rax files)
Once you've created the CD, you can use Audiograbber (or whatever ripper) to read the CD and create mp3 files from it. I've done it. It works.
