Special rules

I think we should have special rules for people that do stuff that should not have to be tolerated but not exactly aginst the main rules (ex. creating a bunch of new accounts, continuous harassing of only one person etc.)

i know, i forgot. and i'm not just talking about BryGuy, i'm talking about crap like shock harassing kodachi anf the "girls" that were on the old FH, and imma quit harassing Hanzo just to prove i'm not a hypocrite on this.

Dark Raiden makes a point about multi-accounts cause people use it to abuse polls to make themself a mod or to ban/unban certain rules. I'm sure you remember the the racism poll disaster on FH. Black made 25 accounts, Hanzo made 20, I made 5 everything went mad.
