How many of you guys go to a school...that has security...overrated or not....?

neccessary at my school. also SROs (school resource officers), which are real cops.

i help too, but it mainly fucks with the janitor and shit. to think, i used to try and keep everything tidy there... pfft.

we got graffiti once and our principal goes all pussy ass on us...its so gay.
he's putting in new pass locks... electronic key doors...cameras all over the place...its sooooooo stupid

So far my school only has cameras

at my school we have security and THEY DO NOT DO SHIT!!! all the kids at my school are basically good so there is really no point for having security at all

my schools didnt have suciuity so ya we would bring drugs and booz to school get fucked up during lunch and have fun the rest the day unless we get there early then we would go out and smoke a coupple of bowls and watch people fight and even in school when we would agree fight it was alwas fun to bet on

We have enough necessary I believe.
We have cameras (one pointed to the place where a fat kid took down the fence and people went into that apt. complex and smoked), we have an SRO officer, that's about the extent of it, though I am probably leaving out a few minor details.

My school is full of pussies and smokers anyway, and the people who DO deal drugs tell EVERYONE to make them seem OMIGOSH SOOO BADASS so they are pretty much at the mercy of whoever chooses to snitch on them. It's a wonder, with the mouths these kids have that they all aren't in jail. (Personally I think bringing drugs on a government institution is a stupid idea anyway)

As for vandalism, eh, we don't get much. Couldn't tell ya why, we just don't. We have the bathroom graffiti and the occasion "OMG I'm soooo badass" spraypaint graffiti, and the occasional pussy fight, and every once in a while some dumbass will pull something stupid, but other than that we don't have any real gangs in the area, so minimal crime=minimal need.
