I started up a new game of FFT the other day, already on Chapter 3. I'll give you a little background on how I'm playing the game. I came to realize that one of my biggest flaws was tossing my main character into every single battle. As such, he'd be like lvl 50 and all my little bastards would only be in their 30s. Since the enemies stay at the same lvl as your main character, it meant that all my little bastards were more or less useless against the enemies (would often die in one or two hits). So this time I've been lvling my little bastards so that they're self-sufficient and I don't need to send my main char into every single battle.
Now, I had decided to do this when my main char was lvl 15. I also decided to do it with a fresh set of new recruits (for naming purposes

). Anyways, I will admit that I went a little overboard...I already had a ninja before the third fight in the game.
Anyways, with hyper-lvled chars, I blazed through the first to chapters with ease. I'm now on the last part of chapter 3 (making my way to Riovannes Castle). But first I decided that I wanted my two calculators to be mastered. So here I am, playing the same battle I started over an hour ago, all in the name of lvling.
This rather pointless post has been brought to you by Dark Jester, who reminds you that he's too busy doing nothing to get anything done.
