While Black Marks Are Second To Worst On The List(Worst Being Perma Ban), Permission Marks Are For The Hard Workers Who Have Good Rep.

Though Black Marks Count Down To Your Ultimate Demise, Permission Marks Count Up Towards Staying With The Site Longer And Getting Privileges.

Hence, If You Gain 1 Permission Mark While You Have 1 Black Mark, They Pretty Much Cancel Each Other Out And It's Like A Get Out Of Jail Free Card. Now If You're Good And Gain One, They Pretty Much Add Up To Credits You Can Use To Better Your Life.

It Would Be Nice To Have The Ability To Sticky Topics As A Regular Member......... Oh Wait, Do Some Fucking Charity Work And You'll Get It!

Well, Like I Said, It All Depends On Charity Work Really. That Or Good Behavior.

Do Things Such As Report Rule-Breaking Posts, Help Around The Community, Donate Stuff(Sig Shops, Downloads, Hentai, All That Good Stuff Our Members Are Known For) Be A Good Citizen, Etc.
