Your Philosephy in life

What is it? are you in a religeion? or do you just follow your own path? is there a quote or more you follow?

this is my personal philosiphy: go with the flow, take it all in stride, don't fight the currant or you will loose. enjoy what you have even if it's not great because things can always be worse than what you have been dealt.

To ensure Justice. That's my main goal. That's the only thing that's very important to me. Don't give a shit about the poor, don't give a shit about the sick. All I wanna do, is make sure that assholes that disrupt the balance of people living honestly must be punished.

And Rehab over prison is the worse thing to happen to justice. If pedophiles are serving NO time, and just getting help, how the fuck are other pedos gonna think "holy shit, don't wanna get in trouble, you know what they do in prison?" the judge wanna give him help? give it after time is served, but i don't want those (usually) incurable freaks near children, or even society.

Well, I want justice as for this:

fuck relativism, he raped a young boy, so he deserves to pay. I don't give a shit about your atheists beliefs, fuckin' children is wrong because I said so.

How's that for justice?

justice is decided by society though. it's a word created by society, therefor, interpreted by society.

so far, not really. although, some liberal judges are giving light sentences. But that isn't justice according to how society has defined it.

And like I said, Society created the term, so Society shall interpret it.

For some reason, this makes me think of Metal Gear Solid...

In the games, they talked about how Justice changes from one person to another, which is why some people give light sentences, and others give hard sentences.

stupidity has nothing to do with it. you don't have to be a genius to know what justice is.

yeah, and look what happened, criminals walk free, innocents rot in jail.

those are called errors. it's not like the people want the guilty to walk free. therefore, that is not their description of justice.

your mixing how we interpret justice with how fair the world is.

actually, it very well is. don't base your law experience on movies, most lawyers only present evidence... and don't prevent false evidence.

part of the role of the lawyer is to present all possible evidence.

life is a game of texas hold'em, theres what you got, what they got, and what you have to share. the only way to win is to bullshit and bluff, it doesnt hurt to b lucky as well.

..bullshitting and bluffing may help in certain situations but thats no way to live ..be honest to your self and others, live the way you want to and know who you are, fight for whats right no matter what, be righteous i guess....
