| the third could have been cut by like a half hour, dragged way too much. although, the story line and battle scenes were way too fuckin' awesome!
the first two were my favs of course. the problem with the third movies is that the director tries to outdo himself, and he ends up making shit on screen.
but, great trilogy overall. coming in third, before

Star Wars (first trilogy)
godfather isn't really a trilogy, cause it's not like the third one and possibly the second were pre-planned. a movie is a trilogy technically if the whole story line is preplanned. sagaish. but of course, people just call Godfather the godfather trilogy. and the Austin Powers Trilogy. meh. | |
